Participation in EAA is open to any City of Eagan resident enrolled in grades Kindergarten through 8th grade.  In addition, any students of a school located within the City of Eagan are also allowed to participate in EAA.  Players from neighboring communities will be allowed if a co-operative agreement is in place. 

Players from neighboring communities that wish to play for the Eagan Lacrosse where a co-operative agreement is not in place must fill out an eligibility waiver form and request approval from the Eagan Lacrosse Board in accordance with the handbook.
